We are seeking a Business Support Executive to provide comprehensive support to senior management, with a strong focus on budget reporting, management updates, and business operations support. This role goes beyond traditional administrative work — you will be actively involved in preparing business reports, coordinating management updates, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

  • Prepare budget reports, tracking expenses, and compiling updates for management.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Manage schedules, correspondence, and preparing briefing decks for senior management.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting systems to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in business/management support in the Construction/Engineering sector.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience preparing reports and presentations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
