We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Crew member to join our tight-knit team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating great food, we want to hear from you!
As part of our kitchen crew, you will be the backbone of our food operations. You will specialize in crafting our signature sarnies and preparing a variety of delicious light bites designed for sharing.
Food Preparation: Efficiently prep and assemble high-quality sandwiches, toasties, and sharing platters according to our recipes and presentation standards.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a spotless workstation. Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations (storage, temperature control, and cleanliness).
Speed & Efficiency: Smash through prep lists and ticket orders quickly, ensuring our guests never wait too long for their bites, even during the peak rush.
Adaptability: Jump in where needed. Whether it's restocking ingredients, washing up, or pivoting during a sudden rush, you handle changes with a positive attitude.
The Hustle: High energy and efficiency. You know how to manage your time and keep your cool when the tickets start piling up.
The Standard: A strong commitment to cleanliness and food hygiene. Food safety isn't just a rule for you; it's a habit.
The Mindset: Adaptable and flexible. You are a team player who is happy to help out across different kitchen tasks.
