We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Cargo Customer Service Executive to support daily air cargo operations, customer coordination, and shipment management. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with airlines, cargo agents, and logistics partners in a fast-paced airfreight environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cargo customer service activities, including export bookings, shipment enquiries, and coordination with cargo agents.
  • Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling agents (GHA) to ensure smooth cargo operations and timely shipment handling.
  • Monitor cargo movements including inbound/outbound shipments, cargo release, transfers, and flight-related operations.
  • Handle air cargo documentation, including AWB/MAWB processing, data entry, and updating cargo management systems accurately.
  • Prepare operational reports, shipment records, and ensure compliance with airline procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support billing activities, invoice verification, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve shipment issues and maintain service standards.
  • Provide support for special cargo handling requirements including dangerous goods (DG), valuables, and regulated shipments.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in air cargo, logistics, freight forwarding, aviation, or customer service-related roles.
  • Experience in airline cargo documentation, AWB handling, cargo systems, or freight operations will be an advantage.
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
