Responsibilities:

• Prepare Japanese cuisine as requested by customers, with a focus on deep-fried, light-fried, and steamed dishes.
• Plan, prepare, and store food items in accordance with quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control at all times.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to kitchen staff when required.
• Communicate professionally with customers to build positive relationships and enhance dining experience.
• Report operational matters and kitchen performance to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in preparing Japanese cuisine.
• Good knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques, particularly frying and steaming methods.
• Ability to work during F&B operational days and hours, including Saturdays (Closed on Sundays) & PH.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality standards.
