Position Overview:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide visionary leadership andstrategic direction for JOYRE GROUP. The CEO will oversee all businessoperations, drive growth initiatives, and ensure the company continues todeliver excellence in wellness services. This role reports directly to theCompany Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth plans.
  • Oversee daily operations across all outlets to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the senior management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and potential partnerships to expand the brand presence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and company standards.
  • Drive innovation in service offerings, customer experience, and operational processes.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgets, revenue targets, and cost control.
