Position: Cleaner

Working Days: Monday -Thursday  8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Sundays 10:00am - 05:00pm

Rest Days: Friday and Saturday

Work Location: Rochor, Bugis

Job Purpose

We are seeking a responsible Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within a museum environment. This role is important in ensuring a safe, pleasant, and presentable space for visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping of floors, surfaces, and common areas
• Maintain cleanliness of exhibition halls, galleries, restrooms, and public spaces
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables
• Replenish cleaning supplies such as tissue, soap, and sanitizers
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines to ensure minimal disruption to visitors
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and appropriately
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience preferred (training can be provided)
• Able to work in a quiet and public-facing environment such as a museum
• Able to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, walking, and handling equipment
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work on Sundays 10am-5pm
