Job description

Our client, an established asset management firm is looking for a Client Service Executive to support day-to-day client servicing and onboarding activities within the asset management business. 

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing

  • Handle daily client service matters, including:
  • Updating client information and records
  • Responding to basic client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing updates on process status and service requests
  • Coordinate client requests with relevant internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Monitor and manage client feedback and complaints, ensuring proper escalation and resolution

Client Onboarding & KYC/CDD Support

  • Support end-to-end client onboarding processes, including:
  • Collecting and verifying client information and documentation
  • Assisting with account opening forms and supporting documentation
  • Tracking onboarding progress and following up on outstanding items
  • Maintain and update KYC/CDD records in accordance with regulatory and internal standards

Internal & External Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams including Business Development, Compliance, Operations, Investment, and Finance to ensure smooth handling of client matters
  • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., custodians, administrators) to support onboarding and client servicing processes
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in line with internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial institutions such as asset management, banking, brokerage, fund administration, or related areas (client service, onboarding support, operations, or compliance support)
