Job Description
1. Process Front Office submissions relating to client static maintenance such a Change of Name / ID / Contact / Address, ensuring completeness and that all internal controls are adhered to.
2. Support requests for the Bank’s internet banking services
3. Process end to end for account opening which includes creation / maintenance of accounts in the PB systems.
4. Handle Portfolio Risk Profile submissions including:
5. Support FATCA / CRS activities e.g. Tracking of expired documents, Annual RM Inquiry, Annual Outreach
6. Handle Audit Confirmation and Letter of Reference requests
7. Support team's adhoc exercises and projects where relevant
