This is a senior-level position bridging strategy and execution to accelerate the brand's direct revenue channels.

  • Revenue Roadmap: Own the commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth across several key markets.
  • Performance Levers: Optimize customer acquisition and repeat revenue loops to maximize lifetime value.
  • Systems Management: Oversee the performance ecosystem including attribution and conversion infrastructure.
  • Regional Leadership: Partner with market leaders to ensure initiatives are commercially grounded.

about the manager/team
You will report to a Strategy Leader in the company and you will have people management responsibilities in your portfolio.

skills and experience required

  • Minimum 8-12 years in growth or commercial performance, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Background in Health, Nutrition, Food or CPG is preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate performance metrics into revenue and margin improvement.
  • Familiarity with CDP architecture and enterprise-grade transactional platforms.
