Job Title Communications & Engagement Executive (Temp Contract) – 2 Positions

Location :Irrawaddy Road

Contract Duration: 12 months (Estimated: 1 July 2026 – 30June 2027)

Salary: Up to S$4,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Purpose

The Community Partnership and Communications Group (CPCG)supports the development and growth of Home Team volunteer communities. The team works to enhance volunteer engagement, improve the volunteering experience, and strengthen retention across various volunteer schemes. It also partners with Home Team departments to support programmes, communications, and outreach efforts that highlight volunteers’ contributions and promote community involvement.

Job Description

This role supports the Community Partnership & Volunteer Management team in strengthening volunteer engagement, communications, and outreach efforts. The role involves supporting the coordination, planning, and execution of engagement programmes and events, alongside communications and content development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Project Coordination

• Serve as primary Point-of-Contact (POC) to facilitate/support learning journeys organised with Home Team Departments(HTDs)

• Manage volunteer engagement and communications through dedicated mailbox

• Support coordination and execution of engagement programmes and stakeholder activities

Administrative & Events Management Support

• Support the development and execution of the Community Partnership & Volunteer Booth at the Home Team Festival 2026. This includes working with HTDs to feature various volunteer schemes, incorporating AI/gamification elements for engagement with members of the public, sourcing and production of collaterals, and supporting event publicity efforts

• Support the team to plan and execute the annual appreciation event for community stakeholders

• Provide administrative support to the team for other Community Partnership and Volunteer Management initiatives

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Content Development & Communications

• Curate and produce monthly newsletters to enhance stakeholder communications

• Design and develop communications materials such as monthly infographic series to communicate key messages effectively

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficient in digital content creation and management using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of basic video editing tools would be an advantage

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or related fields preferred

• Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in communications, content creation, digital marketing, project coordination, or events management preferred
