Job description

Work location: Central
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: up to $3340 per month

12 months contract

Job Scope:

  • Develop and disseminate internal communications materials (e.g. EDMs, videos, announcements, event collaterals)
  • Partner with various divisions to gather inputs and translate them into clear, engaging communication content
  • Support the planning and execution of workshops, briefings, and engagement events
  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, registration, and vendor liaison
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

  • Degree in Media, Communications, Social Services, or relevant fields
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses copywriting and editing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement tools
  • Proficient in digital communications (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Adobe)
