Job description

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main compliance contact for Singapore and provide regulatory support.
• Maintain compliance policies, controls, and procedures in line with business and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and remediation follow-up actions.
• Support AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery, and financial crime compliance matters.
• Handle regulatory queries, inspections, filings, and reporting obligations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of changes.
• Prepare compliance reports and provide advisory support to stakeholders and management.
• Support the Enterprise Risk Management framework, riskregisters, and control assessments.
• Assist with risk reporting, governance updates, training,and awareness initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams and liaise with regulators or external authorities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree
• Minimum 5 – 6 years of relevant experience
• Must have commercial lines experience, with reinsurance background preferred
