Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain product costing models and standard cost calculations
• Analyse manufacturing, material, labour, and overhead costs to identify trends
• Support monthly and periodic product cost reporting and reconciliation activities
• Monitor changes in material pricing and operational costs that may impact product costing
• Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams on cost planning activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to product costs
• Investigate cost variances and provide recommendations for improvement
• Support pricing analysis, profitability reviews, and margin assessments
• Ensure costing documentation and controls are maintained accurately
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives within finance operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product costing, financial analysis, or management accounting
• SAP product costing module experience is preferred
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
