Job Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry to junior-level positions, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting initial candidate assessments, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Source and engage suitable candidates through various recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process, including preparing employment documents, maintaining recruitment records, updating applicant tracking systems, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinate interview arrangements, communicate with candidates, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment for logistics-related positions when required.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
• Prepare recruitment reports and assist with HR-related administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Handle confidential candidate and employee information with professionalism and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support ad hoc recruitment and HR projects as assigned while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support.
• Some experience with recruiting for logistics positions will be added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
