• ·  Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
• ·  Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate withsub-contractors and suppliers.
• ·  Responsible for measuring quantities and takingoff .
• ·  Works closely with the Project Manager,Construction Manager, Client / Client Representatives and Sub-Contractors toaccurately arrive with progress claims and variation claims.
• ·  Deals with contractual issues between main contractorand client, and those between main contractor and sub-contractors
• ·  Ensures progressive claims are promptly put up tothe client through accurate measurement of actual works accomplished
• ·  Lead the QS team to prepare Variation Orders,claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
• ·  All other Contract Management related job
• Job Requirements:
• ·   Degree / Diploma in Building or itsequivalent
• ·   5 years and above experience as ContractManager / Senior QS in main-con companies
