- Tender & Pre-ContractManagement
- · Review tender documents,drawings, and specifications.
- · Identify contractual risksand advise management on mitigation strategies.
- · Draft and prepare contractterms, conditions, and tender submissions.
- · Negotiate with clients,consultants, and subcontractors during tender stage.
- · Ensure compliance withlegal, regulatory, and client requirements.
- · Draft, review, and managecontracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- · Interpret contract termsand advise project teams on obligations.
- · Manage variations, claims,and extensions of time.
- · Ensure properdocumentation of contractual correspondence and approvals.

- Qualifications & Education:
- 1. Degree in QuantitySurveying, Construction Management, or related field
- 2. Minimum 5 years ofexperience in contract management
