What You'll Be Doing

• Create employee records in the payroll system
• Perform timesheet calculations
• Perform monthly payroll processing
• Prepare and compile payroll related reports
• Filing of employees year income to IRAS
• Submit NS make-up pay claims, government paid maternity leave claims and government paid childcare leave claims
• Assist with other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Degree in any discipline
• No prior payroll experience required – training will be provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with numbers
