Contract Role | User Acceptance Testing | Banking Operations

We are hiring a Contract UAT Analyst to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities within a payments transformation environment. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in UAT, software testing, business analysis or project support who are comfortable working with business users and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work with project teams and end-users to understand business requirements and testing criteria
• Develop and execute UAT test plans, cases and scripts
• Identify, document and track defects and issues
• Communicate test results and support issue resolution and re-testing
• Maintain UAT documentation, test results and defect logs
• Ensure requirements are met before system release

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related discipline
• Prior experience in UAT, software testing, business analysis or project support is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
