• Position Title: Cook (Central Kitchen) /Kitchen Assistant (Central Kitchen)
• Working Location: Macpherson
• Working Hours: 6 days
• Salary Package: Up to $2800 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes following standard recipes and portions.
• Handle daily cutting, portioning, and preparation.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Keep the kitchen clean and compliant with food safety rules.
• Monitor inventory and help with stock checks.
• Work with chefs and teammates to keep operations smooth.
• Support new recipe trials/R&D when needed.
• Perform all other ad-hoc as assigned by management and supervisors.
