Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Audit Firm/ CPA Firm
  • Position Title: Corporate Secretarial Executive
  • Working Location: City Hall
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri, 9.00AM-6.00PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients for corporate secretarial matters.
  • Advising clients on statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and file documents with relevant authorities (e.g. ACRA).
  • Arrange and attend board/shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Maintain statutory registers and company records.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification in Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work .
  • Familiarity of Singapore's Companies Act and other relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and corporate secretarial software.
