Position : Course Consultant (Customer Service)
Location : Paya Lebar (Walkable from MRT)
Working hours : 5 Days 9am - 6pm (Monday and Tuesday - Fixed Off)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + Performance Bonus + 7 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Be part of the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents into the community
Share the organisation’s vision and recommend suitable coding programmes for students
Manage and respond to online enquiries, guiding parents through the decision-making process
Support customer success initiatives, including competitions, special programmes, and community events
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents as their main point of contact
Plan and execute lead generation activities, such as trial classes and parent sharing sessions
Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up
Work closely with the teaching team to assess students and follow up on enrolment conversions
Handle general administrative duties, including onboarding emails, data entry, research, and related tasks
Maintain proper documentation and update records accurately in the CRM system
Support centre operations and assist with client-facing duties when covering for Centre Managers
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
