Job Summary

Manage order fulfilment processes by reviewing system orders, coordinating with dispatch teams, and preparing compliant shipping documentation. Address customer inquiries and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and process system orders accurately to ensure timely fulfilment
• Prepare and maintain complete shipping documentation that complies with company standards and country-specific regulations
• Manage administrative and operational tasks including license management, customer mailing agreements, data entry, status reporting, and data quality checks
• Perform ad hoc duties as required to support order fulfilment and operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in order fulfilment
• Ability to manage product lines methodically, including familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOM) and Agile processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with teams and customers
