  • Working Location: West - Tuas Crescent (Company transport provided)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Alternate Sat: 8 am - 5 pm) *Work on Sat – count as OT*
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 2600 + OT + Allowances + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, assess caller needs, and route them to the appropriate contact.
  • Greet and assist walk‑in visitors as the primary front‑desk contact.
  • Dispatch technicians for inspections and maintenance based on urgency and location.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Keep precise service records, logs, and documentation up to date.
  • Prepare and manage operational reports and service documentation.

  • Min. 1 year of working experience in customer service role
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
