  • Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
  • Position Title: Customer Service Executive
  • Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre (Transportation Provided)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri; 9.00am - 6.00PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Service Department and report to the Team Manager
  • Manage bookings for both air and sea shipments
  • Coordinate with air and sea carriers to arrange shipments
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing updates and handling enquiries
  • Handle documentation for sea shipments, including preparing bookings and bills of lading
  • Ensure accuracy in all records and paperwork

  • Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • Experience or knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and show motivation in daily tasks
  • Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
