• Position : Customer Service Executive (Air Freight / Logistics)
• Location : Changi Cargo (direct bus from Tampines East or Pasir Ris)
• Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm after probation
• Salary(commensurate on experience) : Up to $4500 + Performance Bonus + 12 days Annual leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Logistics / Freight Forwarding

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customer airfreight enquiries
• Coordinate with customers on shipment requirements and updates
• Prepare and provide quotations based on customer requests
• Follow up on quotations and support booking confirmations
• Liaise with internal departments including operations, warehouse, and accounts teams
• Support daily sales coordination and customer servicing activities
• Monitor and update customers on shipment status when required
• Maintain proper records of quotations and customer communications
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in related disciplines
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service operations preferred
• Basic understanding of airfreight processes and terminology
• Familiar with Singapore Customs permits (XO, OD, etc.) will be an advantage
• Experience in quotation handling or freight customer service will be an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
