Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Manufacturing Company
  • Position Title: Customer Service Executive / Order Processing Executive
  • Working Location: Tuas South (Transport provided from JE/ Pioneer MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries, orders, and provide product information promptly.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure order details and specifications are correct.
  • Check raw material availability and coordinate procurement when required.
  • Monitor order status and update customers on delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare reports on order status, customer feedback, and complaint resolution.
  • Ensure invoicing is done after delivery documents are completed.
  • Maintain good knowledge of company products, processes, and industry regulations.
  • Monitor raw material stock levels and assist with near-expiry stock sales when practicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
