Manage concierge desk operations, including assisting shoppers with enquiries and services
Handle shopper management systems, mall inspections, and Lost & Found administration
Support tenant relations by facilitating requests and distributing mall communications
Assist in mall marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns
Coordinate redemption programmes (vouchers, parking, premiums, and rewards)
Support customer reward programmes and educate tenants on voucher processes
Collate and process tenant reimbursement and related administrative documentation
Assist in event setup, logistics, and on-ground support including weekends when required
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally
Prepare duty rosters and support manpower planning for concierge operations
Provide administrative support to marketing and management team as assigned
