  • Position Title: Customer Service Officer
  • Working Location: Serangoon (walking distance from Kovan MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 11am to 9pm, Sat/Sun/PH: 10am to 6pm) (rotational shift)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Allowance
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage customers and secure service bookings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.
  • Perform front desk and reception duties.
  • Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments.
  • Handle invoicing and payment processing.
  • Prepare day-end sales settlement and reports.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the management.
