  • Position Title: Customer Service Officer
  • Working Location: Kallang (walk distance from MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general enquiries and assist with registrations, including walk-in customers.
  • Manage corporate client accounts and resolve feedback, complaints, or issues.
  • Support training administration, including course registration, verification of trainees’ documents, feedback collection, system updates, logistics coordination, and other admin duties.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and work closely with the finance team to ensure timely settlement.
  • Maintain accurate records and proper filing (both hard copy and electronic) for all training registrations.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries via email or phone regarding exam results, certificates, or card status after verifying identity and payment status.
  • Manage enrolments and payment follow-ups from customers.
  • Ensure compliance with requirements from relevant authorities (e.g., MOM, LSP, SSG, IRCA, CPE) and company policies.
  • Ensure proper coordination and handover of tasks to relevant departments.

  • Minimum GCE O-Level.
  • Prior experience in customer service field is required.
  • Experience in the education or training industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve KPIs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
