Our client is a one of the largest app platforms operating in Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Providing assistance and support to PH and delivery drivers
- Facilitating different types of transactions
- Light inventory management (ie. topping up of stocks)
Work Location: Tampines, Singapore
Work Schedule: Monday -Friday from 9:45 am - 6:45 pm
The Talent
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems/data entry
- IT/Computer Literacy
