Job Description:

  • Coordinate with customers regarding work plans and service operations
  • Coordinate with operations coordinators on job schedules
  • Handle and log all incoming customer requests
  • Assign and communicate work requests to the operations team
  • Maintain and update work orders and scheduling records
  • Prepare call reports and summaries, including subcontractor job requests
  • Ensure tools and equipment are properly issued, returned, and maintained in good working condition
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Management any related fields.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
