  • Working Location: Central
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Shift hours: Morning 9.30am – 6pm, Afternoon 11am – 7.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Commission + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers via phone/chat/home visits to confirm payment status and follow up on arrears.
  • Assess financial situation and propose repayment plans or restructuring.
  • Handle enquiries, renewals, and keep documentation/case notes updated; escalate sensitive cases when needed.
  • Review customer documents/credit checks (CPF, income tax, bureau, etc.) to recommend instalment eligibility.
  • Explain loan products, terms, fees and repayment schedules.
  • Conduct affordability checks, verify documents, assess credit risk, and recommend approval/loan structure.
  • Prepare loan paperwork and coordinate disbursement/renewals in line with controls.
  • Spot delinquency risks early and engage customers; cross-sell suitable loan/repayment solutions to meet targets.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
