Responsibilities:

• Follow daily travelling roster to different location to perform task
• Ensure timely reporting to location to conduct the task
• Verifying and sorting of documents to ensure all are valid prior travelling to the office
• Keeping and organizing work requests and completed work requests
• Receive and dispatch orders to designated offices per request and timeline
• Other ad-hoc assigned by supervisor
  

Requirement:

• At least 1 year of working experience
• Prior experience in dispatch or collection of parcel / documents added advantage
• No experience welcome as training is provided by supervisor
• Comfortable to travel daily to different premises
• Comfortable to carry approx 5KG of weights. (documents stack weighs approx and is required to travel around with the documents)
