Role

Leadthe Asia Demand Planning function to improve forecast accuracy, strengthendemand planning processes, and drive operational excellence.

Partnerwith Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and senior leadership to delivera reliable demand signal through effective S&OP and S&OE processes.

Responsibilities

*Lead the Demand Planning team and develop demand planning strategy.

*Improve forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service levels, and overall planningperformance.

*Drive continuous improvement of Demand Planning, S&OP, and S&OEprocesses.

*Establish governance, KPIs, planning calendars, escalation processes, anddecision forums.

*Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, andManufacturing to align demand, supply, and financial plans.

*Act as the primary Planning representative for Asia, coordinating communicationbetween Plants, Sales, and Planning teams.

*Present executive reports, manage critical escalations, and support strategicdecision-making.

*Lead and coach the planning team while managing priorities, resources, andperformance.

*Sponsor process and system improvements that enhance planning efficiency andforecast quality.

Requirement

*Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering preferred).

*Minimum 5 years of progressive managerial experience.

*Proven leadership and people management experience.

*Strong experience with Demand Planning and S&OP governance.

*Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

*Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*Willingness to travel within Asia and occasionally support U.S. working hours.
