Dental Clinic Manager (ref: 120)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality patient care, and compliance with Singapore healthcare regulations. This role involves managing staff, handling administrative functions, and supporting business growth.
• Supervise and support dental assistants, receptionists, and administrative staff
• Ensure excellent patient service and handle feedback or complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with guidelines set by the Ministry of Health and relevant authorities
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and maintenance of dental equipment and supplies
• Coordinate with dentists on clinic schedules and operational needs
• Manage insurance claims, Medisave submissions, and corporate billing (if applicable)
• Monitor clinic performance and implement improvements where needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in dental operations or clinic, healthcare operations
• Good knowledge of local dental healthcare regulations and clinic processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in clinic management systems and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Medisave and insurance claims processes
