Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales – Listed Derivatives professional to drive institutional business growth across Korea, with coverage extending to Hong Kong and Singapore.

This is a front-office, revenue-generating role focused on acquiring new institutional clients, managing strategic relationships, and delivering listed derivatives execution and clearing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, banks, proprietary trading firms and corporates.
  • Originate and onboard new business across Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore.
  • Promote listed futures and options across equities, commodities, FX and interest rates.
  • Provide market insights and execution solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Partner with Trading, Product, Clearing, Operations and Compliance teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
  • Collaborate with major global exchanges on product and market initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years' experience in listed derivatives sales, trading or clearing.
  • Proven track record of institutional client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of listed derivatives markets and clearing infrastructure.
  • Existing institutional client relationships in Korea are highly preferred.
  • Excellent business development, relationship management and communication skills.
