Role Overview

The DevSecOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining secure, automated, and scalable systems. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and infrastructure-as-code solutions, ensuring security and operational efficiency across development, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, high-availability systems

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing environments (e.g., GitLab CI/CD)

• Automate deployment, security hardening, and monitoring of systems

• Build and maintain containerized environments using tools such as Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, and MLOps frameworks

• Perform day-to-day system monitoring, backups, and maintenance

• Configure infrastructure using automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and Infrastructure-as-Code approaches

• Collaborate with development teams to align DevOps strategies with squad-specific requirements

• Implement load balancing, network routing, and security configurations following industry standards (e.g., CIS)

• Support Agile delivery processes and ensure operational compliance with security and regulatory requirements
