• Position Title: Electrical Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am -5.00pm; Sat, 8.00am - 12.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshop operations through proper planning, scheduling, and decision-making.
• Manage projects including planning, coordination, and supervision of project activities.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding project matters.
• Perform electrical and mechanical testing on stators, rotors, and related components.
• Measure winding data and record inspection details accurately.
• Source and procure equipment and parts required for projects.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Prepare project reports upon completion of each project.
• Assist with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Support productivity improvement and cost control initiatives.

• Diploma or ITE qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in motor and generator servicing.
• Knowledge of motor and generator rewinding and maintenance works.
