Job description

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and development teams to understand user requirements, business objectives, and design needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
• Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Conduct user research activities such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews to better understand user behavior and pain points.
• Translate research findings into user-centered and visually engaging design solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners and developers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Maintain consistency across products by following design systems and brand guidelines.
• Support frontend implementation and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Participate in continuous product and user experience improvements in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements:
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, visual design skills, and user-centered design thinking.
• Proficient in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and usability testing.
• Familiar with UX research methodologies and requirement gathering through workshops, interviews, or research activities.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively through presentations, storyboards, mood boards, and flowcharts.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design consistency and usability.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience in frontend development or project management is a plus.
• Candidates with strong UI/UX, product design, or digital platform experience are encouraged to apply.
