Executive Assistant

Job description

Our client, a well-known Singapore-headquartered institution, is seeking an experienced and capable Executive Assistant to support a senior stakeholder with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules to ensure effective time management.
  • Arrange travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, visas (if required), and travel itineraries.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings with senior leaders, partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the executive with administrative tasks, correspondence, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Anticipate needs, plan, and proactively manage priorities to ensure smooth daily operations.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in large organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Professional demeanour with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Exhibits excellent time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient is Microsoft Office Suite
