Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and highly capable Executive Assistant to the Chairman who operates independently with a business-owner mindset to manage priorities and drive tasks to completion efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman’s schedule, meetings, and business priorities to ensure optimal time utilization and alignment with strategic goals
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration for business objectives
  • Execute assignments independently and efficiently, delivering timely and high-quality outcomes
  • Support business projects by tracking progress and following up on key deliverables to ensure successful completion
  • Travel overseas at short notice to support business needs and maintain operational continuity

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by guiding and influencing stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
  • Apply sound judgement and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and make informed decisions
  • Exhibit high organization skills to manage multiple priorities discreetly and deliver results
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to travel regionally at short notice and comply with destination entry requirements

  • Salary: S$4,000–S$6,000, depending on experience
  • Location: 101 Upper Cross Street, People’s Park Centre
