Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with the design team to align creative deliverables with client expectations and project briefs, ensuring consistently high-quality outcomes
• Conduct comprehensive online research to gather insights that inform and enhance project deliverables and team decision-making
• Develop and maintain clear, actionable project timelines, monitoring progress to meet all key deadlines effectively
• Manage administrative tasks to optimise project workflows and ensure seamless coordination across teams
• Apply advanced written communication skills to craft and adapt messaging across diverse contexts, tailoring tone to engage target audiences effectively
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and prioritise time management to uphold project quality and meet deadlines
• Proactively identify project challenges and implement effective solutions independently or collaboratively to maintain project momentum

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Social Media Management, Art & Design, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience supporting social media marketing design, client servicing, marketing, or corporate clients
• Proficiency in Chinese language copy checking with good credit in 'O'-Level Chinese, supporting quality assurance in bilingual content
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software; interest in front-end programming (eDMs) is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within creative teams
• Self-starter with curiosity, confidence, positivity, and enthusiasm to contribute as a supportive team player
