Admin Assistant (QA – F&B) – Up to $3,200 | North-East | 5 Days Work Week

Location: North-East Singapore
Salary: Up to $3,200/month

Job Highlights:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and preventive servicing for outlets and Central Kitchen
  • Maintain service contracts and equipment documentation
  • Generate and track maintenance schedules
  • Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), liaise with Finance on payments
  • Support dispatch of QA supplies to outlets
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers on maintenance and operational matters
  • Handle administrative duties and support QA team initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Diploma
  • Preferably with relevant administrative or coordination experience (F&B/retail environment is a plus)
  • Able to communicate in English & Chinese (to liaise with vendors and review documents)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
