Our client is a multinational company in the Facilities Manager industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Facilities Manager to join their Facilities Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Centrat-west – easily accessible.

The Facilities Manager's responsibles are:

• Lead and oversee multiple teams and managers to ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and high quality standards.
• Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and manage operational costs and expenses to ensure alignment with budget targets.
• Drive business performance by achieving financial and margin objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to support the hospital’s operational and service requirements.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of facilities manager experience in healthcare industry
• Degree in Engineering field
• Strong technical knowledge in facilities management
