Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and support payment tracking with Finance
  • Consolidate SLA/KPI reports and monitor service performance
  • Maintain digital records, contracts, certifications, and audit documentation
  • Coordinate staff attendance, training records, and compliance documentation
  • Support facilities operations, transport and catering invoice administration
  • Assist with card printing, events, and ad-hoc facilities-related duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a Facilities Management environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Experience with Facilities Management/Ticketing Systems is preferred
  • Strong administrative, reporting, and coordination skills
