Facility Technician

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant facilities, utilities, and building systems.

• Maintain and support cleanroom operations, ensuring facility systems consistently meet required environmental classifications and operating parameters.

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including HEPA filtration, air handling units (AHUs), chilled water, exhaust, and environmental control systems supporting cleanroom operations.

• Monitor cleanroom environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, differential pressure, airflow, and airborne particulate levels.

• Support environmental monitoring activities and assist with investigations of environmental excursions or facility-related deviations.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility and utility equipment according to established maintenance schedules.

• Troubleshoot and repair facility utility systems, including compressed air, vacuum, purified water, process gases, plumbing, lighting, electrical distribution, and building automation systems.

• Respond promptly to facility alarms, utility failures, and emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational downtime.

• Coordinate maintenance activities with production, quality, engineering, validation, and external contractors to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Higher Nitec / Nitec in mechanical, electrical, or Facility management, or a related technical discipline preferred.
