We are looking for a Building Engineer to support building and engineering projects within a healthcare environment. Candidates with Project Engineering, Construction, Commissioning or Contractor/Consultant Coordination experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering and building projects from design/planning through construction, commissioning and project completion
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project teams and internal stakeholders
• Assist with project planning, site coordination, progress monitoring and commissioning activities
• Review project requirements, technical documents and drawings
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of project/site issues
• Ensure projects are completed according to scope, timeline and requirements

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines
• Experience in Project Engineering / Project Management / Construction / Building Engineering is preferred
• Candidates with experience in contractor coordination, consultant coordination or commissioning are highly preferred
• Able to demonstrate experience seeing projects through design → construction → commissioning → completion/handover
