Fault Reporting Center Manager

1. Oversight and Management

  • Manage the Fault Reporting Center (FRC) operations for the hospital.
  • Supervise staff handling incoming fault reports from various departments.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of reported issues.

2. Fault Reporting & Tracking

  • Receive and log equipment malfunctions, facility issues, IT faults, and other operational problems.
  • Categorize and prioritize faults based on urgency and impact on patient care.
  • Ensure all reported issues are tracked in a centralized system until resolution.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise between hospital departments, technical teams, and external vendors.
