Job Description

• Position Title: Field Engineer
• Working Location: Joo Koon
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for machinery and systems, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond to customer service requests within the agreed response time and provide effective technical solutions.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records in the company’s SSA system.
• Recommend spare parts, repair options, and maintenance services to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Liaise with suppliers, principals, and manufacturers on technical support, warranty matters, equipment issues, spare parts, and service concerns.
• Support the Technical Operations Executive team in preparing service quotations, maintenance contracts, and technical proposals.
• Follow workplace safety requirements and company procedures during service activities.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through professional and responsive support.
• Attend technical training and continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Hands-on experience and good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, PLC troubleshooting, or AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
