• Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Packaging and Logistics
• Position Title: Finance Manager (Corporate Finance & M&A)
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Contract (6 months) convertible to permanent depending on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare management reports to support strategic decisions such as expansion and cost optimisation.
• Lead financial analysis for ad-hoc projects and business initiatives.
• Oversee M&A accounting, including purchase price allocation and valuation of assets and liabilities.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor post-acquisition integration plans and financial performance.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence for potential transactions.
• Participate in deal structuring, negotiation, and transaction documentation.
• Monitor post-acquisition results and track synergy performance.
• Act as the finance lead for M&A matters, working closely with Legal and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, transaction services, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and corporate finance principles.
• Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
